Cheat codes
Special moves need quarter-circles. On a phone, a real Bluetooth gamepad is much easier than the overlay.

Street Fighter II SNES arcade mode: a gauntlet ending in M. Bison. Hadouken + shoryuken is enough for the CPU.

Fireball, DP, block
Hadouken: d, df, f, punch. Shoryuken anti-air. Block, then punish.
Arcade flow

Win, next fighter. Bonus car/barrels: crouch fierce. Continues on a loss.
Bosses and ending

Balrog, Vega, Sagat, Bison. Jump Sagat's grand fireball. DP Bison's scissor kick. Credits after Bison.

Energy, time, and turbo-style codes are listed. Special-move inputs are in the walkthrough.
Can I play on a phone?
Yes, but a Bluetooth pad is strongly better than the touch overlay for quarter-circles.
ROM hosted?
No. Load .sfc / .smc.
How do I throw a fireball?
Down, down-forward, forward, then punch. Slow the emulator if you are learning.
